Integrative Spirituality
“Spirituality” does not only exist within religious order. Spirituality means to serve Spirit with our thoughts, actions, and interactions. Depending on a person’s individual belief system, Spirit can manifest as God, Love, Nature, The Tao, The Higher Good, etc. “Integrative” is a unification of different belief systems – I Am We recognizes that “God” and “Love” are manifestations of the same ubiquitous essence, and supports people in working together from within the context of this essence while maintaining the freedom to seek truth as individuals in our own ways.

The Mobile Monastery Chautauqua is a spiritual community on wheels that organizes events and builds community connection. In an era of online meditations and social networking, we bring culture and community back into an interactive context.

Vipassana Meditation
Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was rediscovered by Gotama Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an Art Of Living. This non-sectarian technique aims for the total eradication of mental impurities and the resultant highest happiness of full liberation.

In winter 2019, Bowie Johnson embarked on a 10 day silent retreat near Yosemite national park in California. It was filled with days of meditation and aloneness meanwhile being surrounded by other students. Vipassana means to see things as they truly are and for those of you seeking silence and solitude then he couldn’t recommend this retreat enough.
